Wor-Wic Community College recently launched a free mobile app called “Ellucian GO,” which provides easy access to college information and services for current students, prospective students and the community.
Free “Echoes and Visions” reading to be held Sept. 25
The public is invited to attend a free “Echoes and Visions” reading and reception on Friday, Sept. 25, at 7 p.m., in Room 302 of the Hazel Center at Wor-Wic Community College in Salisbury.

Not too late to register at Wor-Wic
The student services office at Wor-Wic Community College is still accepting fall credit registrations. In addition to the regular 14-week fall semester that begins Sept. 9, Wor-Wic offers a 10-week session that also begins Sept. 9, one three-week session that begins Sept. 10, as well as two seven-week sessions, the first starting Sept. 11 and the second beginning Oct. 30.
Wor-Wic offers express registration
Wor-Wic Community College is offering “Smart Start Express Registration,” two extended days of fall credit registration services on Monday, Aug. 24, and Tuesday, Aug. 25, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., at the college campus on the corner of Route 50 and Walston Switch Road.

A total of 559 Wor-Wic Community College students have been recognized for superior performance by being named to the dean’s list for the recently-completed spring semester.
Theater performances to benefit Relay for Life
“Boys & Girls, Together” will be performed in Guerrieri Hall at Wor-Wic Community College on Saturday, Aug. 22, at 8 p.m., and Sunday, Aug. 23, at 2 p.m. Proceeds will benefit Relay for Life.
