Real Estate Appraiser

Become a licensed real estate appraiser in Maryland by completing our 150 hours of mandated training and the "Supervisory Appraiser and Trainee Appraiser Mandatory Course" required for licensure. Course content covers real property concepts, legal considerations, influences on real estate values, real estate markets and analysis, and much more. We also offer a seven-hour course that fulfills the continuing education requirement of the Appraisal Qualifications Board of The Appraisal Foundation.

Real Estate Home Inspector

If you’re interested in becoming a licensed home inspector in Maryland, we offer a pre-licensure course that satisfies state requirements and prepares you for the national home inspector exam. The course covers the basics of home inspection, including structural, exterior, interior, roofing, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, heating, insulation and ventilation systems.

Real Estate Sales Agent

Become licensed to sell real estate by the Maryland Real Estate Commission by completing our state-approved "Real Estate Principles and Practices" course. This mandated 60-hour course can help you meet state education requirements prior to taking the exam to become a licensed real estate salesperson in Maryland. We also offer a variety of courses designed to meet continuing education requirements of the Maryland Real Estate Commission, including "MREC Required Supervision," "MREC Agency - Residential," "Ethics in Real Estate" and "Fair Housing for Real Estate Professionals," as well as an annual "Legal Update" course.
