Summer Scholars

Participate in a home run derby. Create a fossil. Launch rockets. Make movies. Whip up tasty dishes ... and so much more! If you're entering the third through ninth grade in the fall, spend the summer with us!

Summer Scholars is a summer enrichment program for gifted and talented students entering grades three through nine in the fall of the same year. Every July, students from across the Lower Eastern Shore spend time at Wor-Wic taking their choice of classes in exciting topics such as

  • Art, History and Self Expression
  • Career Exploration
  • Culinary Arts and Cooking
  • Science, STEM and Problem Solving
  • Technology and Digital Arts

Half-day and full-day options are available, and the college's child development center provides before and/or after care if you have to drop your child off early and/or pick them up late.
