  • Credo Reference — Credo’s Academic Core Collection provides full-text background information covering over 80 major subject disciplines and more than 6 million research concepts from encyclopedias, handbooks, guides, companions, and readers.   • Gale Academic OneFile — Articles from periodicals and reference sources in all academic disciplines. For peer reviewed, select “to peer-reviewed publications.”
  • Gale OneFile: Culinary Arts — More than five million articles from more than 250 major cooking and nutrition magazines, as well as book reference content from Delmar such as About Wine, Introduction to Catering, Advanced Bread and Pastry, and Eat Fit Be Fit.
  • Gale OneFile: Hospitality and Tourism — Provides access to scholarly journals, magazines, and trade publications that cover topics including the cultural and economic aspects of travel and tourism, historical and current state of affairs in the hospitality and tourism industries, contents on state parks and information on planning a vacation, and full-text travel guides from Fodor's.
