Purpose: To assist students with everyday technology questions, including myWor-Wic, Microsoft 365 and Blackboard.
- Maintain “desk hours” within the student services office to provide 1:1 support for students with technology-related questions;
- Provide student-facing problem solving to students during the admissions process. Refer to admissions staff for application-specific issues;
- Help students navigate the course registration process (all students must report to AA for course registration);
- Conduct “live chat” sessions with prospective students; and
- Use Zoom to conduct virtual information sessions.
