Wor-Wic Community College sponsors a Career/Job Fair during the academic year, usually held in the spring.


Annual Spring Job Fair

Our spring 2024 Job Fair will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2024 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. in Guerrieri Hall. We have reached maximum capacity of registrations for our job fair, but if you would like to be added to our wait list, in case of cancellations, you can still complete a registration. We will honor requests in the order of which they are received.

Career Choices Workshop - Thursday, Feb. 15

Open to current and prospective Wor-Wic students, as well as community members, this workshop will be held from 1-3 p.m. in Room 308 of Fulton-Owen Hall. 

Job Fair Resume Prep and Pizza Workshop - Thursday, March, 21

Open to current Wor-Wic students, alumni and community members, this workshop will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in Room 105 of Henson Hall. RSVP required via email or by calling 410-334-2903. 

Want to Crush Your Next Interview? Do A Mock Interview with us - Wednesday, March 27

Open to current Wor-Wic students, alumni and community members, this workshop will be held from 10 a.m. to noon in Room 105 of Henson Hall. 

Evaluating Job Offers and Negotiating Your First Salary Workshop - Thursday, April 18

Open to current Wor-Wic students, alumni and community members, this workshop will be held from 2 to 3:30 p.m. in Room 103A of Fulton-Owen Hall.  

Participate in these free, virtual career development sessions via Zoom presented by the director of career and testing services. RSVP required for Zoom links.

Using College Central Network to Create a Resume and Search for Jobs – Wednesday, Feb. 28, 10 to 11 a.m.

Build a resume with Resume Builder or upload a resume file to Resume Central so you can apply directly to jobs and/or allow it to be searched by employers (if you so authorize). Your resume will be reviewed by our office and must be approved before it can be released for review by employers with posted job openings. 

Creating A Professional LinkedIn Profile – Monday, March 18, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Learn about LinkedIn and its value and role in job searches and networking. Receive feedback on existing LinkedIn profiles. Open to current Wor-Wic Community College students and alumni. 

Tips for a Successful Virtual Interview – Monday, April 22, 1p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Learn what to expect with a virtual/online interview, ways to prepare, and how to follow-up after.
