Wor-Wic has partnered with the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) to ease the path for students who want to transfer to UMES and graduate with less student debt.

Save almost 40% on tuition at UMES with the Wor-Wic Alumni Scholarship! Save even more with the Presidential Scholarship.

You can save $3,500 per year when you transfer to UMES and take advantage of the Wor-Wic alumni scholarship! It is open to anyone who earned their degree from Wor-Wic after May of 2021 and is available at $1,750 per semester for a total of up to six semesters.

In addition, each year three students with at least a 3.0 GPA will be chosen for the Presidential Scholarship of $8,585 per year, which can be renewed for up to six semesters. Tuition at UMES for the 2023-24 academic year is $8,898 - a savings of 96%!

We also have two special transfer agreements with UMES:

The chemistry pre-pharmacy associate degree that transfers into the doctor of pharmacy program at UMES and
Our culinary arts and hospitality degrees will both transfer into the bachelor of science in hospitality and tourism management program at UMES.
