Virtual poetry reading to be held Dec. 6

Wor-Wic Community College is inviting the public to a free virtual poetry reading with Diane Seuss on Monday, Dec. 6, at 7 p.m., via Zoom.

She is the author of five books of poetry, her most recent collection being “frank: sonnets.” “Still Life with Two Dead Peacocks and a Girl” was a finalist for the National Book Critics Circle Award and the Los Angeles Times Book Prize in Poetry. “Four-Legged Girl” was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize. A 2020 Guggenheim Fellow, Seuss received the John Updike Award from the American Academy of Arts and Letters in 2021.
